"If there was a negative 5 review I would give it to them. We ordered a new washer and a fridge that was open box at the store. They scheduled delivery a week after purchase. No biggie. We had working appliances, just wanted to upgrade. The day before the delivery was supposed to happen, I received a voicemail and couldn't understand a word they were saying and didn't think it had anything to do with our delivery. We proceeded to take our old washer and deliver it to a family member to scrap (the barrel of the washer was causing the washer to shake and it was very loud) believing our new washer would be here the next day. That's when we realized the voicemail was telling us the deliver was canceled for the next day. We tried to figure out what was going on with our delivery and finally got a hold of customer service and basically found out the washer was at the warehouse to be delivered but the fridge was not. They assured us someone would be in contact with us soon. We had to go to the Best Buy store to even be able to talk to the manager, apparently you can't call directly to the store. He confirmed the fridge wasn't at the warehouse to be delivered but didn't know where it was because it wasn't at the store. We then learned that a third party is who delivers all the appliances for Best Buy, not directly from the store. So the delivery was rescheduled for the next Saturday. He reassured us it would be delivered and gave us his email and he would keep contact with us to get it resolved. Our delivery was cancelled again with no explanation and now we can't get in touch with the store manager. Delivery was rescheduled for 5 days later (3/7) and we found out today once again it was canceled and now they are saying the washer won't be in stock until 3/10, which is 3.5 weeks after purchase . We have emailed the manager and he has not gotten back to us. We are going to have to go back to the store to figure out what's going on with our appliances. We have attempted to call costumer service and the delivery line but we keep getting their voicemail and no explanation. We have had to have family do our laundry and take loads to the laundry mat costing us more money. Please avoid buying appliances from Best Buy at all costs unless you can take them home with you!"

"Their customer service/geek squad is a big joke! Keep jerking you around and when you schedule appointments, they don keep them and then they blame it on you and they keep jerking you around and having you reschedule everything just ridiculous."

"I will say this when you deal with this company, as far as watch batteries, make sure the condition of your watch is documented and or acknowledged. I recommend you photograph your property before you give it to them. The smart thing they did was packing the watch up and sealing it before I picked it up. Thus, allowing them to hide the damage. Ultimately, I should have inspected the watch before I left but I didn't know I was dealing with a dishonest situation. I say all this to demonstrate that because the watch was damaged it is ultimately my word against theirs."
