I have used DIM for over a year. When you first start it, yes you get headaches. But once you’re on it, it truly does help. I would recommend getting a saliva estrogen/progesterone test first to make sure DIM is the right supplement for you. I am estrogen dominant so I use DIM everyday along with progesterone cream (the second half of my cycle).

Very helpful for DIM users. For those who have not visited it before, Destiny Recipes has a built in Vault Cleaner that lets you adjust these kind of values and syncs it with DIM. Drewsky and I are actively collaborating on a DIM wishlist. If you aren't familiar with DIM wishlists, basically it's a way to compare your vault against what the wishlist considers to be a good weapon roll.
What are DIM1 and DIM-1 folders in the world folder? I can and have deleted them and everything in the world is still there that I've built in the world. What are they, and why does deleting them not get rid of built things in the world and actually puts new structures in from new mods downloaded when I delete them, even in already loaded chunks.
