I purchased my NeilMed Sinugator last fall. I've used it twice and it worked well both times. I haven't needed to use it for 3 months. The motor is running but no water is coming out. What can I do? All parts appear to be in working order.

Use lukewarm distilled, filtered or previously boiled water, properly mixed with NeilMed's SINUS RINSE packets. Please do not use tap or faucet water for dissolving the mixture unless it has been previously boiled and cooled down.

I suggest that after the rinse, please use NeilMed NasoGel as directed. It has ingredients that would help keep the nasal mucosa more moist and may help reduce the risk of the bleed. In addition, if possible keep more humidity during the winter months heater use. You can use NasoGel up to 6 times a day. It is available at CVS and Walgreens.
