Great beach, took the ferry from Slipway. I recommend going early to get a hut for shade. Drinks and food were good and reasonably priced.Full review by Melanie B

I would strongly advise you to go and board a boat at Slipway hotel incase u are a foreigner in Tanzania cause it’s the best place and safe spot to book a boat. And the price mind you, will be charged as a bit high but standard cause your a tourist. But incase of a cheaper price that is $5-$8 per person then I would recommend to board a boat at the Water world waterpark located at Africana, Mbezi beach. In short, go to Slipway hotel located in Masaki and ask them to offer you a tour guide who you will book for the entire day plus you will have to book the entire boat for yourself in order to be more safe. I hope this will be helpful to you and maybe others with such questions and need.
Q:
Hi, is there any entrance fee to the island, and how much is that eventually? Thanks
