Carroll is a village in Fairfield County, Ohio, United States. The population was 501 at the 2020 census. Carroll was laid out in 1829 at the junction of two canals. The village was named after Charles Carroll of Carrollton, American politician, delegate to the second Continental Congress, and last surviving signer of the Declaration of Independence.
