We were there three weeks ago, and the old fort site was not accessible. They did mention that on their website. That notice is no longer there and I know the Arkansas River has gone down so I expect it should all be open again. I know the bridge (just west of the site, leading to OK) was closed on our trip and reopened about a week later.
Being a "landmark driver" let me add to physical address...the last stoplight before Garrison Avenue Bridge take a left (or first light and right coming from OK)
