They have scheduled cab service and you can choose the time from their schedule. The earlier the better for you. Its difficult to get cab from there at night hence, you take their cab service. Hope this helps.
Why are there so many non-Asians on here complaining about animal abuse ? Elephants have been trained and used for hundreds of years in this part of Asia - it is part of the culture. If you don’t like the culture you should stay away rather than be so rude.
