The location is great, near shops and restaurants

Ability to change apartment from first to the second one
First of all, this owner has two apartments: the furniture and design are the same for both apartments. But one of them (the first one) - is a total disaster. Holes in the wall, broken furniture...
Apartment was very comfortable and bus links fantastic for touring.
Advertised under the name of Sand Beach but actually called Sand Club which made it hard for taxi driver to find. Also advertised with WIFI but not available.
