President Donald Trump is hailing a favorable decision by a federal appeals court over his sweeping tariff policy as a “great” win for the United States.

A federal appeals court ruled Trump can continue to collect tariffs while businesses and states try to overturn taxes on foreign imports.

An order allows the president to continue charging tariffs on imports from dozens of countries through at least the end of July.
