Council is currently charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated identity theft and access device fraud. There’s no word yet on whether or not he found the information he was looking for during another internet search cited in the FBI’s indictment: “Federal identity theft statute.”

One person was arrested Friday while FBI agents served a court-ordered search warrant at a Germantown home, the agency confirmed with FOX13. The raid happened at a house on Leesburg Drive. FOX13 crews at the scene saw at least 10 agents carrying boxes out of the home.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation served a search warrant in Germantown. Around 5 a.m. Friday, there was a large law enforcement presence on Leesburg Drive. According to an FBI representative, they were serving a search warrant to a resident in a home.
