Manchester United have welcomed Luke Shaw back from injury. The 29-year-old was spotted participating in first-team training on Wednesday. Although Shaw is back in training he is not fit enough to make Ruben Amorim’s 21-man squad to travel to Romania for United’s final Europa League group game against FCSB on Thursday night.

Luke Shaw returned to group training at Carrington on Wednesday, before Manchester United's trip to Bucharest to take on FCSB. As is customary before European ties, the Reds squad worked in front of the media for 15 minutes at base, and the 29-year-old was among the group.

Luke Shaw has returned to Manchester United full training for the first time since December. The England international, 29, has been restricted to three appearances for United this season — all from the substitutes’ bench — and has not featured since the win over Everton on December 1.

Luke Shaw and Marcus Rashford both trained with the Manchester United squad before their upcoming clash with FCSB. United trained at Carrington on Wednesday morning ahead of their flight to Romania later in the day for their final match of the revamped Europa League group stage.
