Griffin said that Operation Obscured Vision began in January and in a matter of days 17 victims were identified.

According to reports, the operation successfully helped provide aid to 16 victims and led to the arrest of four people.

Arkansas law enforcement arrested four Chinese nationals linked to the operation of illicit massage parlors across the state and suspected to have engaged in human trafficking, Attorney General Tim Griffin said Friday during a news conference.
