A 19-year-old from Nampa hospitalized after Boise crash; ISP probes possible alcohol involvement. Accident occurred on Interstate 184 at 3:20 a.m.

He calls the 28-mile stretch of interstate he patrols “the slab,” but it’s starting to feel more like a parking lot.
