NFL insider Adam Schefter is reporting the Dallas Cowboys are sending a third-year veteran to the New Orleans Saints in a trade.

Richards was a 2023 fifth-round pick out of the University of North Carolina, and appeared in 21 games over the past two seasons, starting once. During the offseason, Richards was a popular candidate to either be the team;'s primary swing tackle and perhaps even push Tyler Guyton for the starting left tackle gig.
