Solution: a new Vine app just for kids, called simply Vine Kids. Like the adult Vine app, there's tons of funny clips to watch.

Twitter might have to be careful here. Vine Kids is marketed for children age 5 and up, but the main Vine service, and Twitter too, is directed to people 13 and older.

The Vine Kids app includes videos that feature animated characters, funny animals and Sesame Street clips. A new Vine is played when the user swipes videos to the left.

The new app, called Vine Kids, is the same as Vine except it’s loaded with age-appropriate content, such as cartoon animals who make funny sounds.
