New York Knicks guard Jalen Brunson was named Clutch Player of the Year for the 2024-25 season, the NBA announced Wednesday.Brunson ranked second with 156 points scored this campaign in clutch time, which is defined as situations when the game's scoring margin is within five points during the final five minutes of regulation.

Brunson beat out Edwards and Denver Nuggets centre Nikola Jokic for the award. He's the third winner since the NBA began handing out the award, joining De'Aaron Fox — the inaugural winner in 2022-23 —and Stephen Curry, who won last year.
