An unusual encounter during a traffic stop on Saturday night in Santa Rosa led to an arrest of a driver who had a "Jason" mask and an illegal assault rifle.

Adonay Efriem, 27, “was sweating profusely and appeared to be nervous” when he was found wearing the slasher-movie mask and hiding the rifle in the back of his car, police said.
