A Toledo man has been taken into custody for his alleged involvement in a fight Monday morning at a manufacturing facility in Bowling Green that sent one person to the hospital with serious injuries.

Martez L. Davis, 21, of Bowling Green is charged with first-degree rape, according to a media release.
