Inter Miami have a derby on their hands as they chase another Leagues Cup trophy, set to host Orlando City in the semifinals on Wednesday with a spot in the CONCACAF Champions Cup on the line.

Lionel Messi is out of Inter Miami's Leagues Cup quarterfinal against Tigres UANL on Wednesday night due to an ongoing "minor" muscle injury.
