Anglers report productive rainbow trout fishing and excellent kokanee fishing with fish averaging 13 inches on Paulina Lake, according to the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife website.

On the other side of the volcano sits the aptly named East Lake, which, along with Paulina Lake, features plentiful opportunities for camping, fishing, paddling, and birdwatching.
