POLK COUNTY, Ga. — Two deputies were hurt Saturday after an inmate attacked them with a homemade weapon at the Polk County Jail, according to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.

Polk County is funding a re-entry kiosk to assist former inmates with housing, employment and Medicaid services.
