Michigan could see a milder winter than normal, with bursts of snow, according to the winter predictions recently released by the Old Farmer's Almanac.

The National Weather Service’s Weather Prediction Center has placed much of Texas under a level 1 out of 4 risk, or at least a 5% chance, of flooding for Friday.
