Ohio State Buckeyes head coach Ryan Day has delivered a stern warning before his team's matchup against the Texas Longhorns.

At 5:02 p.m. ET on Wednesday, just minutes after the deadline, YouTube TV confirmed via social media that a “short-term extension” had been reached with FOX. The update assured customers there would be no immediate loss of service.

The comments come after an Aug. 25 report by Front Office Sports stated that Ohio State was barring Portnoy, a Michigan alumnus, from its stadium for the Texas game. While Portnoy would still participate in the Big Noon Kickoff show, Front Office Sports reported, he would not be in the stadium for the end of the show that leads right into kickoff.
