Police have arrested a man suspected of shooting up a Democratic Party office in Tempe on three different occasions. Here's what to know.

A prosecutor says the man arrested in the three-time shooting of a Democratic campaign office had more than 120 guns and over 250,000 rounds of ammunition in his home.

Jeffrey Michael Kelly was arrested Tuesday and charged with 10 counts including committing a terrorist act. The FBI was searching his home on Wednesday.

Jeffrey Michael Kelly, 60, was also arrested on suspicion of leaving white powder on political signs in Ahwatukee, according to Tempe police.
