Gov. Ron DeSantis held a press conference at the Escambia Sheriff's Office denouncing Amendment 3, touting it as bad policy for Floridians.

As voters head to the polls, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and other state and local leaders are encouraging people to read all of Amendment 3’s text before casting their vote. The amendment would legalize recreational marijuana in the state for people 21 years or older.
