According to first responders, the Aliquippa Police Department first received reports of an active fire around 5:57 a.m. and were directed to an area along Sohn Street. Reports indicate the vehicle was engulfed in flames when firefighters arrived and that a bystander had indicated people might be inside the burning vehicle.
