President Trump has spent more time attacking late-night hosts such as Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel and Jimmy Fallon than a Commander-in-Chief should over the last few months. At the end of last month, Trump finally got round to including Seth Meyers in his social media barrages against the comedians that regularly mock him.

The president called Meyers an "insecure child" and claimed his show had "no ratings" in a late-night rant on social media.
