Infant death at Rocking Horse Ranch in Savage leads to arrest, police say
An arrest has been made after an infant boy was found unresponsive at Rocking Horse Ranch day care in Savage and later died.
On Sept. 22, 2025, officials responded to Rocking Horse Ranch daycare and found an 11-month-old boy unresponsive in his crib.
