ROSWELL, New Mexico (KCBD) - The City of Roswell confirmed two people are dead following intense flooding in Chaves County that happened Saturday night. According to a social media post, officials say the water levels, as of Sunday morning, were at high levels still near downtown Roswell and along the Spring River channel, which overflowed.
