Joe Exotic, whose real name is Joseph Maldonado, apparently told TMZ that his current prison does not have enough medicine to counter the scabies outbreak, and that 300 inmates are in quarantine. Also, Maldonado claims the prison is infested with rats that are climbing onto the prisoners’ beds at night.
