The Los Angeles Chargers have now completely entered the offseason. This means it is time for mock drafts, including one that has the team adding a defensive star.

The Chargers’ 2024 season is over, so the focus shifts to the offseason. Jim Harbaugh and Joe Hortiz will look to revamp their roster with the pieces to get deeper into the playoffs. L.A. will hold the No. 22 overall selection in the first round. With that in mind, here’s our first mock draft of the 2025 off-season.

There are a handful of Chargers players that the team will have to determine whether or not they will be back in Los Angeles next season. Among the crop is edge defender Joey Bosa. Bosa has a cap hit of more than $36 million in 2025,

The Los Angeles Chargers head into the offseason with a ton of needs to address. A big chunk of those will go addressed in free agency. But getting instant contributions from rookies will be a big part of the continued upswing under Jim Harbaugh.
