Dr. John Freeland, who helped create the Northwest Community Emergency Medical Services System, died this month at age 90.

An official cause of death in the double murders of “American Idol” executive Robin Kaye and her husband has been revealed.

John R. Elliott’s roadside memorial is located at Route 40 and Slabtown Road in Woodstown, Salem County. His family placed a wreath, a Navy flag and a HERO Campaign flag at the site Tuesday.
