Nikola Jokic had his fifth straight triple-double before the fourth quarter, finishing with 35 points, 22 rebounds and a season-high 17 assists to help the Denver Nuggets beat the Sacramento Kings 132-123 on Thursday night.

On Thursday night during the Denver Nuggets ‘ game against the Sacramento Kings, we got the latest example of this when Jokic made a shot from the foul line as the clock hit zero. The catch: It was the opposite foul line from the hoop he was trying to shoot into, as he just chucked a basketball perfectly into the hoop from 3/4 court.

The Denver Nuggets looked anything like a contender when they were run off their own court by Cleveland on Dec. 27. The Cavaliers put up 149 points en route to dropping Denver's record to 16-13 for the season.
