The Phillies and Joe Ross have agreed to a one-year contract, the team confirmed. Matt Gelb of The Athletic, who was first to report the signing, adds that Ross will receive a $4MM salary.
On Sunday, the Phillies acquired Luzardo from the Miami Marlins in exchange for prospects Starlyn Caba and Emaarion Boyd.
