Lionsgate today filed an amended registration statement incorporating the latest comments fomr the Security and Exchange Commission, moving it a step closer to the planned separation of Lionsgate Studios and Starz.

A fresh wave of streaming bundles is coming in 2025, including a new one from Starz and Warner Bros. Discovery's Max streaming service landing today. The new package allows subscribers to get ad-free Max and Starz bundled together for $21 per month, the companies announced on Wednesday.
