While speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at the Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday, Oct. 19, Koch, 28 — who played Erik in the hit Netflix show — said he'd now be up for taking on the role of Patrick Bateman in a new take on the 2000 film American Psycho.

The Lyle and Erik Menéndez Story breakout star shared his interest in playing Patrick Bateman in Luca Guadagnino's upcoming American Pyscho remake. Deadline reported late last week that Guadagnino is set to direct the remake the 2000 film with Scott Z.

The actor continued, pointing out that Bateman would be a very different role from playing convicted killer Erik Menendez. As he put it: I haven’t played a serial killer yet so I think I could do it.
