Thanksgiving brought a good football game to Ford Field, but the outcome didn't make the Lions fans happy in Detroit. The Green Bay Packers held on for a 31-24 victory over the host Lions in the annual Thanksgiving matinee game from Detroit.
To make matters worse, the Lions' starting center, Graham Glasgow, missed Week 13 due to a knee injury. Trystan Colon started in place and could once again if Glasgow isn't ready against the Cowboys. The offensive line struggled against the Packers, allowing Goff to be sacked three times.
After winning six out of seven against the Packers from 2022 to 2024, the Lions got swept for the first time since 2020 by their divisional rival. It’s a tough loss for its playoff hopes, as Detroit entered third in the North and out of the postseason.
