In early premarket trade, Netflix shares jumped 5% -- basically levelling out the stock from where it was when the week began. While Netflix didn't announce a price hike in the U.S., it boosted its outlook for revenue, operating margin and free cash flow.

Stocks were mixed on Friday morning, with the Nasdaq advancing alongside Netflix shares and the Dow Jones Industrial Average lagging after closing at a record high yesterday.
