THERE is no current plan to construct the Ihumwa-Hombolo road in Dodoma to tarmac level due to budget constraints, the government said on Monday.

Deputy Minister said this when responding to Mr David Mallole (Dodoma Urban-CCM) who had wanted to know the government plans for carrying out maintenance for Ihumwa--Hombolo Road.
