The globular cluster Messier 22 (M22) reaches its highest point in the sky around midnight local time, specifically for observers south of 46° N latitude, since M22’s position favors the Southern Hemisphere.

Also, this month, the July full moon, or Buck Moon, will grace the sky and reach peak illumination in the zodiac sign of Capricorn on July 10 at 3:36 p.m. CDT, according to the 2025 lunar calendar. Adding that the new moon phase will occur in Leo on July 24 at 2:11 p.m.
