AURORA — The Aurora Police Department is investigating a bomb threat at a King Soopers off S. Peoria Street, and the shopping center has been evacuated. A shelter-in-place order was issued for residents in the area as well.

Police say a King Soopers employee called 911 around 3:00 p.m. After a caller told them there were five bombs placed outside the store. This happened on South Peoria Street in Aurora, just north of the Cherry Creek Reservoir.
