The Browns are adding some depth at tight end. Via Tom Pelissero of NFL Media, Cleveland is signing Mitch Van Vooren at the position.

The Browns announced the signings of two new depth pieces on offense and waived offensive tackle Julian Pearl on Monday.

“Van Vooren, who is 6-foot-5, 242 pounds, was a first-team All-NACC selection last season, recording 33 receptions for 510 yards and 10 touchdowns in 11 games,” Seahawks.com’s John Boyle wrote.
