HANOVER — Katelin Archer posted a shutout Monday as the Adirondack Thunder blanked Hanover (N.H.) 4-0 in a battle between the defending New York and NewHampshire girls hockey state champions.
The Hawkeyes could add more gaudy offensive numbers against NewHampshire (2-12), which has lost six straight games, including a 90-83 decision on Dec. 22 at Stonehill.
Demarr Langford Jr. led UAlbany with 23 points and 11 rebounds. UAlbany improves to 1-1 in the America East conference. The Great Danes played without Byron Joshua who is out with a concussion.
