The winner can also choose the cash option of $66.5 million. The Ohio Lottery announced Friday that the jackpot winning ticket was sold at the Walmart Supercenter in Huber Heights.

However, one Ohio golfer has come out WAY ahead after a recent golf trip to Michigan where he purchased a winning Powerball lottery ticket worth $150,000.

While there is no shortage of partial Powerball prizes sold in Ohio, like the $1 million ticket sold Aug. 6 at a Seville Circle K, records show that only a handful of winning tickets for full jackpots have been sold here. This includes a hefty cash prize sold in 2024 that remains unclaimed.
