Voters lined up across battleground Wisconsin to cast their ballots on the first day of early, in-person voting as former President Barack Obama and Democratic vice presidential nominee Tim Walz urged

He's set to appear with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and "Democrats up and down, the ballot," to urge people to vote early for Vice President Kamala Harris, the campaign said. Walz also will rally in Racine Tuesday night.
