Here's the biggest problem with these old abandoned Detroit buildings and homes... Whether it's through vandalism, lack of maintenance, or just the elements, these structures get so destroyed over time that it's a challenge to even estimate a project, let alone complete a rehab. It's buildings like these that scare away investors and developers. We can only hope that somebody eventually decides to invest in fixing this place up (and gives us a call if they do 😉🙂) #realestate #detroit #fixerupp
