The two part polyurethane we use to cover our skin on frame boats is a proprietary formula that is applied wet on wet over the course of about five hours. I also tape off the bottom of the next day and add 2 more coats for more durability. No sanding, no fairing, no refinishing (it actually can’t be recoated).
