If you want to keep your elephant ears year after year, proper winter storage is essential! These tropical plants cannot survive freezing temperatures, so you’ll need to lift them before they freeze. In this video, we show you how to cut back the foliage, remove the bulb from the soil, clean the roots, and dry it fully before wrapping it in newspaper. Store your elephant ear in a cool, dry location (not the fridge!) and replant in spring for a bigger, healthier plant. #ElephantEars #Overwinterin
