if you had a knee injury & couldn’t go down stairs without pain, you wouldn’t just do quad sets (aka squeezing your thigh muscle) for weeks or months & hope it gets better you would strengthen your hips, feet, core & do exercises that mimic going down stairs because that’s what causes your pain pelvic floor rehab isn’t any different. sometimes kegels might be a part of your rehab but if you actually want to resolve your leakage & pelvic heaviness…you need more. because most dysfunction happens w
